THE TESTIMONY OF ISAAC ROSENBLAT AS A SOURCE FOR THE STUDY OF THE HOLOCAUST AND LOCAL HISTORY

Abstract

This material is devoted to a video interview of Isaac Rosenblatt, which was recorded in Buenos Aires (Argentina) on December 7, 1997. Interview number: 38507. Interviewer: Graciela Lurati. At the time of the shooting, the witness was 67 years old. The video interview was transcribed and translated from Spanish to Ukrainian. Interviews transcribed and translated into Ukrainian from different languages - memories of the Jews of Mizoch from the archive of the Institute for Visual History and Education of the Shoah Foundation (USC Shoah Foundation The Institute for Visual History and Education) - provide an opportunity to reconstruct the events of the genocide and analyze the events in a wider and more diverse way .
